"AJ Tank Cleaning saved our fish! My daughter has had her Oscar for over 8 years. We believe some Ich/Ick was introduced into the tank via some live feeders. We had been trying to treat but our fishes condition continued to deteriorate. Late on a Sunday night we found AJ Tank Cleaning and after reaching out AJ immediately replied with questions to determine the best course of action.
He arrived the very next morning, promptly at 9am and immediately began cleaning our filter and performing a water change. He provided us with medication and instructions to treat. He followed up every 2 days to check on the tanks and fishes condition and check that we were continuing the medication properly. AJ returned the next week and performed another water change, recleaned the filter and reintroduced the charcoal medium.
